Lamb keeps saying we look to get a net gain out of trade week. Well the way the Trac, Clarry, McVee compo is looking, we are 5 over par.

I’m sorry, but if GC aren’t willing to trade BH but also don’t want to give 7 & 8 without getting some other draft points coming back, then that’s too [censored] bad. GC aren’t only wanting their cake and eating it, they want another cake as well. They can PO, and I hope Lamb tells them that too………………..though previous experience says that he won’t.

He won’t be cheap…………and will probably go to the Blues in a trade for Curnow

A poor draft indeed. Thilthorpe at 2 but the rest of the top 10 are all extremely underwhelming players. Max Holmes at 20 is the clubhouse leader by quite some margin. There’s barely half a dozen ‘decent’ AFL quality players in the whole draft. Thilthorpe, Holmes, Bowey, Gulden, McCreery and Neale.

Farewell Clayton Oliver
as Goody said himself, he didn’t know his role or what we stood for anymore after winning the GF. If nothing had changed, we’d simply be papering over cracks and letting the problem fester even more. What has happened needed to happen. One step back then a couple forward hopefully. If the status quo hadn’t changed we’d have taken several more steps back. As for the booing, I’d rather not. As I’m pretty sure we’d be booing many many times a game given their proclivity for finding the football.

So long as one of Humphrey or Walter are involved in the deal I’ll be happy. If it’s for picks 6 & 7, whilst I’d come around to it, I’d still be wanting Lamb’s resignation because he would have failed in negotiating MFC’s best interests after declaring wanting a head turning offer (6 & 7 definitely ain’t head turning for a player of Trac’s ilk).

On his wages, he can simply buy another house in Sydney.

No wonder we are going backwards, we’re failing our own philosophies.

Imagine a centre square with Tom Green, Finn Callahan and Clayton Oliver 🤤

Clarry was a great player, though his best was from a couple of years ago as with Trac. Will he get back to his best? Well he has a better shot at it at the Giants than if he were to remain at the Dees. With a new coach coming in and clearly setting new standards and expectations, Oliver clearly wasn’t willing to commit to those. No one individual is bigger than the club. And the way he has handled himself this past week, he has shown to be terribly immature and one who would pose problems when trying to establish a better culture and healthier environment. Sad that it got to this situation, with all parties at fault in some sort of way.

If it’s just picks coming back out way, I see no need to give them one back. maybe we throw one back their way if they include BH.

- Geelong to be fined over 3rd party payments
So let me get this straight, Cats found guilty of salary cap discrepancies & fined $75k …………..meanwhile we’re found not guilty of tanking yet fined $500k 😤- Farewell Clayton Oliver
I’d play Culley forward, purely because he’d be a nightmare for defenders- KOZZY A DEMON FOR LIFE!!!
Maybe we can trade him to GC for Petracca in a weeks time?- Bailey Humphrey
you mean 10-12- Farewell Christian Petracca
The top end talent is not near the quality nor depth of last years draft. Langford would go close to #1 in this years draft and XL would be in the top 3-5. Generally when Vic Country and Metro provide strong squads, the draft is deeper. Neither were strong this year.- Farewell Christian Petracca
Yep, up to Trac now to convince GC of paying up if they want him.- Farewell Christian Petracca
Time to get ruthless Dees. Trac for pick 7 + Humphrey + Walter GC might just accidentally say yes during their delirious laughter?- The List Manager Tim Lamb
Him and Richardson- The List Manager Tim Lamb
A great question. He is clearly no longer the ideal person to be list manager. Move him on before he does even further damage and our stay at the bottom of the ladder is longer than necessary. We’ll end up like WCE if he stays on.- Imploding
Pain now is better than pain later imo. If it has to be done, do it now. - Geelong to be fined over 3rd party payments
