Quite frankly im only going to believe what I see. When Clarke , Dawes for that matter run out and string together games, and playing to their ability then and only then will I be confident. To date they are very expensive recruits. I want Mitch fit and playing like everyone but ill reserve any euphoria til it happens.

Great reports guys. Im still pinching myself that we finally have a Coach ...who coaches !! and that is to say doesnt just set up the game plan, or the training regimes but gets in with them, analyses what they are doing right and more importantly ( in a fashion) doing wrong and corrects it. its rocket science huh. But we've been without this ( at any discernable level ) for SOooooooooooooo long !! They're being taught how to play high quality , effective, footy . Hele.......f*#@^n .....lujah !!!!

Why do think the club sees this as a money making venture....other than a big bag of dosh for going up there? Theres no other potential, none commercial that is. Anything people are proffering is penny any stuff. it would cost the club MORe to get memberrs up there as an effort than they would make in memberships. theres simply no logic to any of it....other than the agreed whoring of games.

The ideal of a clean slate has be bandied about. In a fashion I come to Watts with such a notion. i.e He has the potential to be something brilliant , he just hasnt been to date. There are any number of reasons ( or excuses ) for such but Id like to think that just maybe he might yet still be that player. Again, I'll just watch now. This will be a very different presented team ( now )

I think the reality is regarding our team, save 3-4 players everyone's slate is clean. The club was in a dark dark place. Now a new verve has come over the team, almost as a whole. Until we see them perform underfire we really just have to assume everyone's trying to be up. I think more than a few players are treating it also as a new start. Time will tell
