Whilst certainly heavy handed , I too suggested something similar some ways back in this thread. I.e tear it up a with a proviso to 'revisit ' in a month. Strangely im more comfortable with Goody there than Roosy. That's not to slight the great man but Paul seemed in cement shoes game day.
