If we look through the result I think theres only 1 or 2 games we'd now lose on basis of the latter 3/4 effort ( having actually won it ) overall WINS 15 LOSSES 7 Well ladies and gentlemen doesn't this paint a story !!! Don't turn up to play, take too long to get going..throw season away. All of the above was epitomised for all of us who watched that last game...it summed it up all too accurately. Those that put up with my dribble over the course may recognise a constant suggestion: That for me there's only ONE Statistic that matters, the Scoreboard. Well that Scoreboard can tell you a lot if you look and as the above 'look' suggests we are probably an OK side despite all of our glaring faults ( and we know them in the main ) . HOWEVER our starts cost us EVERYTHING Had we not cocked them up we'd probably be sitting on TOP of the ladder !! but where are we????

Its an odd thing from my cheap seats. You get someone to give you an 'edge' but we appeared to have NONE. Quite the reverse at times. Now this could also mean without him we would have been worse. ( god forbid ) or his value isnt that crash hot or...i dunno... Not sure Im seeing the benefit... I might need to get better seats !!

Youre right...not hard at all. I mean you whipped that up in no time. It leaves a bad taste in the mouth to tell the truth. They're all over us like a rash......... then dropped quicker than undies at a hens night !!

Thanks akum Given so many poor starts and some rather ineffectiveness during games im curious as to what his worth is. Maybe he had good input and no one listened !! Some strategies certainly failed to consider locations and weather. Certainly intriguing as to value for mine. Happy to be educated. Cheers

yep..id be happy with that and possibly a FA/rFA type who might fit in somewhere Not fussed about the draft tttt..Suppose itd make a nice story to get the other Brayshaw but one thing I will agree about with Roos is youre better off trading for talent later...everything else is a raffle really.

keep in mind as we evaluate relative worth , contracts, $ etc...the whole world of AFL currencies got revalued with the recent CBA. What was isn't now. As players come up for renewals they new 'worth' will be recognised I'm sure

here's my view.. Stats of themselves are next to useless unless you provide context and pair/unite them with other stats to provide a larger picture with some meaning. Fortunately for us the wise creators of this game foresaw this need and build such a meaningful construct. it's called a SCOREBOARD

The thing that annoys/worries/ concerns me is we effectively got worse towards the end. Maybe just me but Id expect a coach , who I presume to always be open to learning together with a list getting back on the park to show resilience and improvement. But we didnt
