not KP..for sure...but , maybe just me , I see the makings of a very lethal forward flanker... By nature thats a player that moves into the fwd line...and though the guts. If hes not quick enough to be a small fwd then he isnt likely imho to be quick enough to play as a mid either...( I presume an outside player )

Maclure is right...sadly It's not Trucks fault we're in a rut ( as is he ) ...it's more he's a symptom, as suggested of it all. If Track lifts... that's good but the idea it's his presence ,in a better playing performance, that might drive us onward and upward is I feel misplaced. Christian plays in a somewhat manic manner at present. He's up , down, all over the shop but rarely if ever... consistent. This is another signature of our game... we're manic ...and inconsistent. We need a better accross the board cohesive effort. Everyone keeps waiting for this Jack in a Box to jump up and rip a game apart, and that not only will that make the difference on that day but will crack the dam and release the torrents ever after. You'll be a long time waiting. As mercurial and exciting as he can be, sporadically and mostly cameo, he hasn't the tank to go at it all game nor does it seem to this observer the capacity as yet to stay focused and driven. If we're waiting for Christian... we're in for an unpleasant wait. I think it'll be another preseason and some serious thinking on his part before we see the better/ improved CP and I hope we do. He's not our Mr fix it though.

we may or may not already have those backmen.... a good winger I have always thought to be the midas touch of any team...and Fritsch may well become one. Even then I dont think we have a GF midfield. We need more class and better disposal from the guts.Id still be looking for someone to add to this quality. There are choices out there..Gaff I suppose is one. Ive never really paid much attention to him. Still I hadnt paid a lot of attention to Milkshake or Pig either. in gazing into the abyss ..or crystal ball I am reminded that the who and such of a team list in say 2 years may well ( most definitely NOT ) have more than a handful currently on it...not on it !! i.e in 2 years with two eos /trade there will be about a dozen or so changes. Some names you might think untouchable...might be gone

Goschs is effectively by a road in the middle of nowhere. Yarra Park IS the MCG...the home of Football....our home. Despite only being a kilometre or so apart they are worlds apart. Only a diehard D will ever go to Goschs....no one else cares or knows. Family day is often at Luna Park or somewhere kiddy friendly. The club obviously dont think that much of Goschs either. There's no sense of belonging...on the south side of swan st.
