  1. Have to disagree. When Cloke has the yips he is awful. Franklin is an elite field kick can can rack up an easy 20 at will. So even when he's got supporters cringing with his 2.7, he'll still influence a game. Naitanui had a good 2nd half last night, but the first half was full of rookie mistakes or dodgy disposal, it was hardly anything worth raving about. It just looks good because he's so big and fast. No doubt he's a talent and a great athlete, I just don't think he will be that great.
  2. How could anyone not know that Hannibal was Ben-Hur, over.
  3. Buddy's tank is underrated. Naitanui's marking is overrated. That said, if Buddy was a better pack mark he'd be the GOAT.
  4. Naitanui doesn't come close to what Buddy can do and has done. Nor will he ever have the footskills or smarts that Franklin has. Franklin could retire now as a superstar, but he's just entering his prime. I'll eat my keyboard if Naitanui is ever as good as Buddy. Watts over NikNat? Hey at least it wasn't Hurley or Vickery :D
  5. Does RRE post here? If so, I'll need to find this FW... I mean ignore button.
  6. Mitch Clark is better.
  7. Yeah... on the field.
  8. I was only half serious re the bagging, hence the jocular brackets. I remember when you went all Chookileaks on Mikey and posted those photos of him curling 12 ounce dumbbells. One of the most memorable internet moments ever.
  9. I'd prefer all the 'ologists just sucked it up and came here. I loved Demonology, but it's a carcass now, truth be told. There are quality posters here, if the ones from 'ology came here, that would be great. UNITE! (then relentlessly bag any idiots we come across here!)
  10. Pearl Jam Jeremy stood on heads today ... repeat... Black Betty Whoa Tom Scully (sham and scam) Whoa Tom Scully (sham and scam) Tom Scully done lied (sham and scam) Dees fans went wild (bamalam) His old man is wide (ham and spam) Took us for a ride (sham and scam) I said whoa Tom Scully... Brick in the Wall All in all Luke Tappscott is a solid brick wall
  11. Would turn for him.
  12. I didn't see much in it. Someone explain how Jake King gets one week, when in the same week Patrick Ryder does the same thing and doesn't even get cited, then Swan gets points for less of a trip than what Ryder did. The AFL tribunal is probably the most farcical system in any professional sport in the world. Makes the Nevada State Athletic Commission look good.
  13. I'd rather run into concrete than Tapscott. Maxwell probably flung himself out of harms way. Has anything been made of Maxwell's aerial squib yesterday? Geez I hate that hack.
  14. He does attack the ball. Call it what you want, the Josh Hunt's of the world will now think 3 times while waiting under a ball when he's around. (add Maxwell to the list too, one handed squib).
  15. Haha, Bikie Wars, I dare say that there have been more frightening battles on these sites than anything on that movie length beer commercial with [censored]. I agree with Nasher, in fact Demonology has been a lot more nasty towards the posters on this site than vice versa. And I say that with a massive Demonology logo airbrushed onto my chopper's "tins". It's alright to slag off an individual poster until they quit posting, but god forbid a bit of generalising mud slinging comes over the fence. A tad precious with a pinch of hypocrisy. Let's ride out!
  16. I don't get it, tragedy? Surely price is no issue for us, and we can now enjoy the ski fields all to ourselves whilst the dregs of society make do with sneaking into Oakleigh Ice Skating Rink. Tallyho.
  17. His name is Lewis Jetta.
  18. I find myself just opening the page and sitting there, thinking about the place. Kind've like a serial killer returning to its dumping ground.
  19. Great comeback! ...all for nothin'. Ha.
  20. That is true that Collingwood will now plan to negate him, but I'd like it to be plan A for a few weeks. The pies will plan on shutting down Garland, as well as Mitch, where as last week it was just shut down Mitch Clark. That's more work for the Pies, not us. We could use Garland as a long leading foil to create space for Mitch, or at worst a long leading forward that's a pretty solid target. Also it looked like Sylvia became interested, I like him at the feet of Mitch and Garland. He could be the surprise packet against Collingwood if we get it down there enough. Of course if Sellar and Joel Mac turn to rubbish Garland probably needs to be sent back. It's all pretty interesting, at least it feels like we can build something with what we have.
  21. That was a short and sweet main card. On the night everyone I wanted to win did win except Mayhem. It's a shame Mayhem went in injured, he would've easily beaten that boring hack. UFC is probably just too professional for Mayhem, I've seen him dominate fights, we didn't see the real Mayhem Miller in the UFC, oh well. Always liked Hardy, was glad to see him win and do it in style. He's fun to watch in and out of the cage. Looks to have added some new dimensions that he badly needed. Loved the Miocic v Del Rosario fight, good back and forth, killer instinct finish. Struve! Love this guy. As soon as he backed up I thought oh sh/t, here we go again. Then pulls out a sick arm bar, I think he's a genius. BIg Roy Nelson never disappoints. Chuck Liddell called, he wants his right arm back. That was a huge blow. Will be interesting to see who he gets next. He wants Lesnar lol. The beast is back. What a bloody mess that was. Velasquez is a killer, would live to see him and JDS both at their best, would be huge. I'd still go JDS, sprawl and brawl might be too good. JDS, boy did he make Mir look second rate, slow and clumsy. He was just toying with Mir. I called that Mir would dive straight for a foot, almost nabbed it, then it was all over. JDS is a true champion, great bloke, animal in the octagon, love it. I'll take Kampmann next week, well I want him to win, not too sure he will though. Can't wait for Faber v Barao, Faber doesn't quit and Barao is brutal. Could get ugly.
  22. What a card this is! Can't wait. JDS via TKO first round Velasquez Herman via decision (but I'll be going for Big Country) I just heard Mark Hunt is out and Lavar Johnson is in against Struve, spewing! Lavar via murder, but I'll be hoping Struve pulls one of his trademark comebacks. Mayhem by rear naked choke. Hardy by decision. Spewing about Mark Hunt... Hopefully sets up a bout with Lavar Johnson if he wins.
  23. Late response, been in hospital for 4 weeks, intensive care for 3 of them, but that's another story... Pretty much agree with all you said there, except I was hoping for Evans to land a bomb like I've never hoped before. You're right, didn't mix it up. Didn't attack enough simply. I'm not sure why someone explosive doesn't rush and back up Jones, Vitor style. Jones hasn't displayed knock out power, so what are they afraid of? Rory Mc is frightening. Will rule that division. Loved the Hommonick / Yagin fight. I preferred the 2 fight nights either side of 145, some great fights amongst them. Nate Diaz looks like the real deal. Easy to hate, it's entertaining and good for the sport. How weird would Diaz v Edgar be? Sad to see Pat Barry lose again, Johnson is a brute. Gustafsson is my new great hope at LHW. Would love to see him v Jones, maybe it can be arranged when Hendo KO's Jones. There were a few great fights but I can't remember who was in them. I think there's a card tomorrow?
  24. Us winning by 41 Jordie blanketing Cotchin... again. Mitch taking the lead in the Coleman. Tapscott does a Neitz and Luke McCabe's Brett Deledio Would be happy with that.
  25. I have heard we'll be announcing a second sponsor next week, but not UltraTune.
