  1. I eventually worked that part out, but am still confused by the refreshing brutal honesty.
  2. WTF did I just watch?
  3. So you're saying Hogan and Pedo can't mark? Watts is clunking everything at the moment isn't he? lol why am I bothering...
  4. Absolutely, we don't have depth in many positions, but Pedo is a genuine option for Watts. Dawes has much better defensive pressure, his tackles stick and hurt. I said 2 weeks ago there doesn't have to be any shame in Watts being dropped, it happens, he needs time to improve himself. In the spotlight against teams of killers isn't the place to do it, which is now obvious.
  5. Whatever Watts' position is supposed to be, I'll take Pedo doing his thing, he and Dawes can take turns leading up or playing deep. Pedo isn't an elite user of the ball? Neither is 2015 Watts. His best game in round one he butchered easy kicks, and in the following games he's lobbed Cam Bruce specials onto teammates heads 25m away many times, all resulting in turnovers. He has been a splendid user of the ball in the past, but this year it's been below average, which is why so many are on his back again, his disposal was his only value to the team. He's not marking around the ground, he's not tackling, he's not having shots on goal, what's he doing?
  6. 6 - McDonald 5 - Brayshaw 4 - Garlett 3 - Cross 2 - Pedo 1 - Dunn
  7. Concussed taking that Watts-like mark.
  8. Moloney will be our guest runner.
  9. Can someone set Dom Tyson's alarm clock next week, if he could wake up some time this season, that'd be great. Pedo is best 22. Watts isn't. Thank [censored] for Tom McDonald. [censored] off everything else.
  10. It's taken me a while but I've finally started to see the positives other's see with this kid. Really smart footy, played rope a dope, for the first half didn't go near it, just sucked 'em in, let a midget out-mark him early, all the while planning his counter. I started to worry half way through the 3rd, then BOOM! His first tackle for the game, holding the ball! Here we go! But I think he went a bit early, so he waited til the 4th quarter, right on the edge of junk time and who gives a [censored], he goes bang and gets a couple of marks and a couple of possies. Sublime effort, can't wait to see more. Pass me some humble pie, I've been dead wrong about this bloke.
  11. They've beaten the best teams in the comp, blown most of their games away by half time. We're coming off being the worst team of all time, a quarter of our best 22 are out, they're full strength. We're getting smashed stat-wise but we're putting up a fight. If you're upset about this, you need a better hobby.
  12. The first one from 30 out that hit the left post, or looked like it did, wasn't conclusive enough so they went with umpires decision. It looked like it hit from one angle, but I dunno if it did for sure. The one on the goal line that hit the goal umpires arm then the post amazed me, I can't believe common sense prevailed after that Eddie Betts NAB goal. Finally. Is it just me or does there seem to be far more score reviews at Etihad than anywhere else?
  13. Love the cheer when the guns go up.
  14. North got bashed. Eat a bag, whichever Scott it is.
  15. It's the Carlton forward line, Grace Jones could probably get a game.
  16. Because Riley has really shown how much better than McKenzie he is, right? It wouldn't make a [censored] of difference who we put in from who's available. But carry on carrying on.
  17. While I agree with Roos that Kent helped turn the game last week, he's hardly been lighting it up with possessions. If McKenzie can come in and do the defensive forward role that Kent has been doing, it might not be so bad. Record number of team tackles in one game coming up.
  18. Are steroids contagious?
  19. lol Rhino Richards... He didn't recently become a cop in America did he?
