The Chiefs D is the Key, if they can get on top of KC defence early and put up points and make Mahomes and the O chase them, then they are a big chance. Chiefs O has been much better of late, but like the pats of old, the O Usually starts with good field position or with a maintained lead they can try and build on.

Pre season they were my AFC choice to make the SB. I must admit they have had a stuttering year, but looking very very good.

Prob cos he saved our butts vs the Ravens. Yeah we try and force it to OBJ occasionally, tbh I’d be looking more to Higbee in those situations. His matchup with Kupp and OBJ taken the best 3 usually is most favourable.

My biggest problem with Stafford is he makes really bad mistakes, and then make another equally as dumb soon after. McVay doesn’t help, he loves the big throwing plays and will call some weird plays and what’s worse, like the niners game McVay calls and plays conservatively, especially late in games.

We need a more physical Oline, if we can’t run the ball, we struggle. Strangely Stafford is best in 4th qtrs, but for us to win if the run game gets stuffed we need Stafford to be much better than he is. I will say, he hasn’t been bad over all, he has been quite good, but he hasn’t nor will he reach the heights required.

I got about 15 mins of game time in, rest was score updates on the way then followed the last 10 mins and OT on bleachers report. Seems the same old probs with McVay Rams. When a team hits us psychically on both sides of the ball we don’t have the mongrel to push back. Stafford won’t get us a SB. Morris is terrible D coordinator and we have already been linked with VIC Fangio the day he got the sack from the Broncos. McVay has one choice this off season, either give up play calling or invest in a O line that allows decent run game. Without it he fails.

But do I watch some, then Avoid scores and that evening watch the rest? or Avoid everything and watch the game that evening? or watch the hour live, then get the wife to give me updates as I’m driving?

Bengals beat chiefs! Titans now are number one seed in AFC, Bengals clinch their Div. Burrow limped off at the end. Buccs win after falling 14 behind, Jets didn’t take the shot at a FG and a 7point lead and Brady takes it up and scores. AB threw his top into the crowd half way through the game and walked off the field. Crazy day!

Rams D comes up big when Ravens had it within the 5, kept it to a FG, 5 point lead to Ravens with 4:30 on the clock. Time for McVay and Stafford to show they are up to the hype.
