I agree the rule has to change but the second hit he was past the line of scrimmage and therefore a runner by definition. But we can argue this all day and the fact is Mahomes and the chiefs are just doing what they need to to get over the line each week.

Disagree here, first one is a hit to the chest, the second he is a runner who drops late, even the Ref expert said it was not a foul.
