  2. Makes you sad this one. Will never fully know what happened during the season and why he couldn't get more games but it sounded like he was progressing well enough to earn another deal until, well yeah.
  3. See you later Mitch. Won't forget the 2018 goal.

  5. Disappointing but clearly they planned to move T-mac on. Such is life, still did alright out the trade period though.
  6. Another one to die wondering about. Nothing is certain but after going hard for Smith this would have made some sense. Ah well
  7. Got the deal done and nailed it. Hopefully the worst is behind him and he kicks his bags again.
  8. Please just get Tom Phillips
  9. 100% would love to nab Phillips
  10. Not the Phillips I'd prefer this trade period but would give us some cover in ruck

A near miss multi like that just ruins the day! Sort of glad footy is over because I was burning cash on same game multis.

You should be loving life right now Gorg we got smoked, but gee wiz 10 legs? Only you could find a way to hate us more! :p I've always loved the sly comments from commentators like Buck today saying late in the game "There will be many people round the country watching to see if they can get in the end zone". So yeah, that was the weirdest Thurs Night game I think I've seen. Essentially playing a practice squad and getting starched on national television. Packers run game is impressive, it should take them far. That's pretty much it, nothing else to say about it.

  14. A good point. John Longmire, that is all I got.
  15. Key thing out of this was they at least did an actual review. Pathetic to even say this but I feel that is a massive tick in an age where clubs can say they are actively doing things like this and then conveniently forgetting or just talking to staff and calling it a review. Coaching changes had to be made and I'm excited about Yze taking the midfield group. But is he just a line coach? Who is the right hand man for Goodwin? Also why is having Greg Stafford, an extremely credible ruck coach the right guy to take our forwards? Not trying to be smart I'd just have liked a bit more on the reasoning behind some of these moves. Could have saved a lot of toilet paper reading by just saying "We've got one new addition, Yze. That is all" I'm interested to know what the new position Ben Matthews is moving to because if it involves standing around in the box or sidelines with the Ipad in the hand studying the metrics with a nervous look on his face he'll slam dunk it.
  16. Need Phillips if we're making that trade.

I'm for that. "We'll pay you later, we'll pay you later, we'll now ship you out" they got themself into this mess.
  18. We need Dr Evil back.
  19. This one makes no sense to me. Goodbye thank you
  20. If we can solve a need at a third of the price would be the why. But obviously you'd be crazy not to go for Treloar if available.
  21. I don't know about this guy
  22. I don't mind the idea of Brown but I do worry about our ability on the ground. We need pressure and that's all there is to it.
  23. Can't say anything that hasn't already been said. Find a the footy well and shakes defenders. Needs to kick through the big skittles
