  1. I've known about the song since the 90s when I'd stay up to watch Baddiel and Skinner during the World Cup. I always used to the song to Melbourne as well! So glad theres others haha.
  2. Give him a decent block of games, I think he played a part. No need to pretend otherwise.
  3. Attacking the 3aw footy boss live on air. Smooth move Rex.
  4. You'd hope so
  5. Just a little reality check that if you're 5% off with pressure and they bring theirs no matter where they are on the ladder you get done. Forefront of mind for the Hawks next week..
  6. Well Tom Morris has gone early on that one just now in typical fashion if that’s the case. I also forgot this is a GC home game so no wonder it’s not confirmed. A lot of last min negotiations I imagine. Extremely rough on the fans, the pre booked interstate footy trip is not in a good way lately. Edit: Seen your earlier post, understand better now.
  7. I’m with you mate, commentary has never been more unlistenable. When it’s not boys club garbage it’s sappy hometown crap like what we saw on Thursday night. Not one mention about how some of the many frees against us might have been stiff. It’s like it was a direction not to point out the noise of affirmation . I also laughed when one of them said Port were happy racking up uncontested marks at one point as if the game was on their terms. Then you’ve got fabulous BT himself. A man more concerned with looking at seagulls in the last quarter at Marvel and talking about the food they might be interested in at the snack bar. Another thing that drives me insane with Brian is how he lingers on moments way too long while the crucial play is still going. Might have been Parfitt last week dropping a sitter and while BT is going on and on about how it was “An ab-sol-ute soda” Parfitt is actually making a second effort and influencing the play to the point where Hamish McLachlan has to jump in on BT’s address to the nation to say that he might actually make up for it here, which he did by kicking to a man in the 50. The worst is JB and BT together. Just a memory lane p*ssing contest. Hamish isn’t a world beater but give me him with one of those every day over the alternative. I could go on into fox footy coverage but will save that for later.
  8. Glad to hear this is going ahead and MFC get some much needed $$
  9. How’s the Weid going?
  10. Last week 6 tackles inside 50. This week 19. The game style needs forward pressure to work and it worked perfectly tonight.
  11. Are you looking for a confrontation or something? haha
  12. It was a mistake getting Moorcroft but that's ok. From memory it was totally Neale's call and he took the punt. Good mark though.
  13. Haha that is hilarious!
  14. You know it's not exactly A-list when Michelangelo Rucci is at the top of the tree..
  15. 6. Petracca 5. Oliver 4. McDonald 3. Salem 2. May 1. Gawn
  16. All the journos in Adelaide look so plain.
  17. Thought we were outstanding tonight. Structure was on point and Port never knew where to kick, there just wasn't any space. Then when the last resort was to bomb in we just cut it off all night. Our system is exceptional and the players executing it are so committed. Trac and Oliver immense. Salem doesn't know the meaning of missing targets. May and Lever fantastic. Will finish this later want to see the highlights!
  18. Against all the stupid odds!
  19. Forward pressure has been immense
  20. Keep going my sons, foot to the throat!
  21. Kozzie Kozzie Kozzie
  22. Shut down the power company
  23. If Clarry had that part of his game down...
