  1. I loved BBB's start to the season and still feel there will be a chance for him at some point but his weak points are deal breakers for us at the moment. He's not the best at getting it to ground and although he gives his all, his defensive chasing and second efforts are just not at the level to prevent easy exits. Whether that's injury related or not I don't know but we have more to think about in regards to our forward line than brilliant connection between mids and forwards and lacing BBB out on the chest. I want him in very much so, but I have to admit it's more a want than logical thinking. This doesn't mean he's done but as it stands I understand why he hasn't been picked.
  2. 20 is too much at this point in time. Still too many clubs being propped up and Tasmania is not a guaranteed banker.

That game really summed up where both clubs are at right now. After conceding 6 to Toon it seemed baffling that Spurs didn't come out with closing down and defending tight as a priority. On Liverpool's side of things we came out firing like old, pressing high and winning it back in dangerous areas but after Kane's goal (Which was actually a great bit of play from Spurs) we didn't know whether to keep playing or keep possession, they just looked so confused. Our defending is woeful at times, Andy Robertson had his worst game in a very long time. Should Jota have been sent off for the high foot? I'm right on the fence with this, there was a little bad luck involved and I was probably ok with a yellow but I wouldn't have been at all surprised if he saw red. Not a fan of high foot challenges at all, this one is on the cusp of reckless and careless. Richarlison's equaliser was great and they really should have had a point, Jota's winner at the Kop end was magic but that ball should have been cut out. Really a nothing game in the scheme of things as neither of us have a chance to make Europe, bring on the Summer.
  4. I think it's a good list. Danger might be a reach based on 3 good games though.

  6. Sounds like I was dead wrong! Still it was a thrashing so at least I wasn't totally lying!
  7. Man life is wonderful
  8. I may be wrong or with the best elephant memory ever, but I seem to recall Port losing to North by over 100 points in 04?
  9. Also depends on how much contact will be involved in a session I guess.
  10. Pretty much, there's a bunch of things they have to check off first so 12 days is probably the min really.

The best QB the Jets have had since Namath. There's so much to like about the way the Jets are doing things at the moment. I do wonder how their O-line will fare, you do need at least a competent one in front of Rodgers as he hangs onto the ball longer than most. Having said that he does extend plays by being evasive.
  14. The sweetest update of all.
