  1. Interesting how this one played out. Goody could have worded it slightly better on the day, a sweeping statement that a player isn't interested in getting the ball as factual as it was will always rile these people up but no real harm done. Whole we're at it the dogmatic black or white language used in the media this week about this issue was really annoying. Josh Jenkins said on SEN something like "Well Finn had one less disposal than Oliver, maybe Oliver isn't interested in getting the ball?" Yes Josh a guy who averages 30+ per game doesn't want the football. Cool story bro.. As for Kane. A ccredible pundit but my god your personal interests get in the way of neutral journalism. Concussion saga = no problem. Taggers? Leave them alone because I was one. To say top midfielders sook up the moment they get tagged is garbage. A number of players have sat on Oliver and failed, the real story is Finn Mcguiness and what a fine job he's doing.
  2. Great news, now go get us #14 Simon!
  3. Oh yeah remember that? Kick-started our season that one.
  4. Go out there and win it for Charlie.
  5. Lets not forget what happened last time he changed his pitch up.
  6. Maybe they just liked the Dees? Cant blame them.
  7. The target was great, is always great and you're great, end of discussion.
  8. We're through the looking glass people.
  9. I'd go even further, it's like marrying the stripper and then being disappointed when they won't be a yoga pants wearing mum.
  10. Yep, gimme gimme
  11. Depth comes down to this: if someone like Dunstan won't be considered to play then he is nothing but a list clogger. Yes we need depth but it is often overrated.

I'm so sick of only seeing the ad side that I should probably do the weekly ad side photos.
  13. Really is a DingAling sometimes..
  14. I think Hawthorn will beat the death divers. Stay glued to your TV screens.
  15. Maybe his 'first goal' was to get his first goal?
  16. I can't wait till time travel is available and I'll go back to that game and sit in the city end level 1, mark the ball in the crowd and yell "Onya Maxy future legend!" I'll also hold up the latest Ipad so people get freaked out.
  17. I think the crowd attendances have been pretty good lately. And there hasn't been a weekly thread on crowd attendances being low or blaming the Demon Army for poor performances on the field. Big tick!
  18. I take it back immediately!
  19. Which 2 bit weather site is that?
  20. Geelong will be going hard for Grundy
  21. Trent Rivers is a cool guy, he intercept marks and doesn't afraid of anybody.
  22. Verrall especially. Could be a beast! Looking forward to seeing his pre season
  23. Yes, we've got the benefit of knowing what we're dealing with. For me a road trip to Adelaide is slightly better than one to Brisbane. Not fazed by the hostile environment and I think we play that ground pretty well.
  24. Speaking of which, I went to the Forum last Fri for Melb International Film festival to see 'Louder Than You Think' which was based on Pavement drummer Gary Young. If anyone is remotely interested in music docos and the rock lifestyle I strongly recommend a watch.
