Welcome to Demonland Josh Schache
4 on the Bench + Sub Schache could be a very useful weapon in a Second Half, coming on as a Fresh Player. As long as he is Hungry for action. We threw him a lifelineā¦

He's back
I have no problem with Morris being a Journalist, but i do have a problem with him gaining another on air position. In my opinion he burnt that one

Kozzy Pickett Re-Signs for 4 Years
He should be a very good player. 8 years is a very serious offer, although so was Kurt Tippett!! Pop Corn?

Kozzy Pickett Re-Signs for 4 Years
The AFL will love it. The Swans are not allowed to bottom out. They need Another long Contract as Buddy looked totally gone in the GF

2023 Leadership Group
Yes, too many āalmostā Leaders can make things worse, different opinions carrying the same weight. heppell is probably a really nice guy, and i am sure he is doing his best, but i have NEVER seen him lead Essendrug to a close victory. Both Max and Jack have done that at times, in completely different ways

2023 Leadership Group
Fair enough, but i still think it is the exception. Leadership qualities are part of DNA (30% Leaders to 70% Followers is the basic number) in Society A Strong Leader needs to Lead without compromise. Players can always challenge a leader, that is fine. A great leader should expect that, it is a Team game. To me Multiple leaders causes division and i have always wanted to discuss that with Roosy, to hear his side of the coin

2023 Leadership Group
I really worried for those 2 Boys at the time. Players 10 years older were under their leadership Just imagine now, if Jake Bowey had been named Captain It must never happen again, nor even considered an option

2023 Leadership Group
Absolutely To name 2 āBabiesā as Co Captainās was showing me that the entire MFC had no Leadership at the time. I feared for the Clubs survival at that time. The last 10 years have shown us how to do it right. There should be a Statue of Peter Jackson erected next to RDB, without his common sense and experience I doubt we would be here today. He had the Place functioning correctly within weeks of taking over

1958 Grand final
Such a bizarre ruling by the VFL to force players to change numbers Disgraceful to disrupt a team like that Pure Filth ā58

Welcome to Demonland Josh Schache
Good on him, to kick 5 in the 2ās is what he must do every week (1-2 goals a Quarter) His chance will come. As long as he is Hungry. is he worth playing against the Dogs? Just imagine if both Hunter and Schache played well in Round 1 Beveridgeās Press Conference would be pure gold . Schache can play, itās all upstairs for him

2023 Leadership Group
Leadership Groups are the biggest waste of time in the modern game. Max is the Captain (C) Jack is the Vice Captain (VC) That is all that is needed. Leadership groups dilute the role of the Captain, usually from Teams that have bog ordinary players and they cannot decide who should front the Media on a weekly basis. Remember when we had 2 Captains⦠2 careers ruinedā¦.
