Leadership Groups are the biggest waste of time in the modern game. Max is the Captain (C) Jack is the Vice Captain (VC) That is all that is needed. Leadership groups dilute the role of the Captain, usually from Teams that have bog ordinary players and they cannot decide who should front the Media on a weekly basis.
