Replacing Neeld before QB will make sure i am there. Sad but true. It makes sense. The present cannot cope with another 13 weeks.

Neeld's record is apalling. It's not all his fault but it cannot keep going on. It just can't. I am also worried for him. This is not a personal issue. The MFC needs an experienced coach. Very experienced.

I always read your post Satyriconhome. I find delusional people's writing somewhat entertaining. The players are not trying on match day...when it counts. Why this is happening is political..it has to be. Unresolved politics. Players with no passion. An empty club. Neeld may be doing it all but he is not hitting the spot. The experiment has failed sadly. Time to rectify properly this time. Not in haste like last time. Head hunt the BEST.

Kills me to vote NO. But i just can't watch it. I love the MFC too much. The Mclardy phase must end. The Red & Blueprint was a complete disaster which is the reason i believe the players are not putting in. Imagine what opposition players are saying on the ground that not even Neeld can hear. Change must happen.

Yes Yes that's what i thought you were saying. You i believe we are going through a little more than a "rough trot" Serious issues from 186 were never fully resolved. The players are not putting in during matches, when it counts. Action is needed and your "keep Calm" attitude will not change mine.

Aah Satyricnhome is back telling us all everything is Hunky Dory within the walls of our club. But also says he doesn't really know what is going on, but that Neeld "looks" like any other coach so he has no cause to respect or disrespect him. I call that sitting on the fence to the extreme. And the idea of sitting around for the next 6 months doing nothing but hoping it all clicks together is not an option even worth considering. The players are not putting in. That is plain to see. Why are they not motivated to put in? Is it Neeld? Do they still feel betrayed by Mclardy over 186? Both? Has Neeld come to the end of his repitiore so his words and advice are hollow? It's across the whole list. Something inside smells very bad and needs immediate attention.

Must agree with all that rpfc. Not addressing the root problems of 186 and the fall out is the main reason our list is mentally shattered today. Big changes are needed upstairs and in the coaching department. I have no doubt the coaches are trying but it is not working, and hasn't since Round 1 2012.
