Good point can plug a few holes if we get an injury. And he was playing midfield we have many similar types. Most likely Tynan or Blease to be subbed out.

The over umpiring is frustrating. The reverse against Sylvia was a joke. Franklin was laughing as they are good mates. But the amount of times they ducked there head and got the free kick. THen we lay 3 or 4 good tackles for no reward then 30 seconds later on the wing Garland was tackled and ofcourse holding the ball. Also when Davey put the hands in the back and the mess up the umpires had massively penalised the Hawks.

yeah that confused me at one point i thought he said Clark should have and let Watts go into the open goal. Thought they did it well but it just bounced the other way.

Any danger the ball might bounce our way? Better last 5-7 minutes. Hawthorn do take the nab cup more seriously than any other side but our lack of direction in the first part was woeful. Still unsure on bate, no right foot and isn't great in close. Clark looks good just need to get it to him one on one. Thought chip did well on buddy. Sad to see Bruce struggling so much.

He was on Bennell... But he does look lively and knows where the footy is. Would've been handy up forward.

Clark, Magner and Jones all looked good. Will take time for him and watts to work out in the forward line. Bennell's last game in demon colours, enjoy casey. Gysberts has cement boots. Has anyone seen davey since 2010?

No idea if rumours are true but definitely have some good bargaining power, two compensation picks at hand, salary cap space means we are one of the best placed teams. Might depend on our year whether players want to come to us.

Tittles don't mean anything when your out on the ground. Beamer will always give 100% and will probably see it as a challenge.

Great news about the Jack's! Strange with Moloney but I think these fairly useless tittles of 'Leadership group' shouldn't faze him. He is a natural leader and our best on field leader. Kind of similar to Dane Swann being left out of COllingwoods. -
Don't mind a pinch hit option at times but not only is he our best defender he is so good at rebounding from defence. But yeah now with Clark and others coming along dont see the point.

To many similar types at Melbourne. Thats why he missed out at Melbourne. Saints and freo keen to rookie him. Hope he goes ok, liked him as a player -
But earned it, was in the wafl team of the year. Ave around 9 marks and in the end Jack Anthony couldn't get a spot ahead of him and broadhurst. word is over in perth is freo will rookie him.

The contract will be heavily front loaded. Its like saying the gws player is on 2m every year where he is only on it for the first year. Great get, we had the money to spend, we had pick 12 in a weak draft and went about it in a great manner! Now should target caddy (nickname the future i believe) for our scully compo pick(s), he will be well worth it!

Maybe Moloney ahead of Bail? All those names have a long way to go to be ahead of Moloney! Anyway Jack had a great year. Overhead marking is great, skills a very good. A lot of strengths for the kid! Hope he can continue his improvement!

I think you'll find the clearances stat also included finals. I think he was actually 2nd or 3rd. I think he is definately in the best 50 players in comp. If he had more support would be much higher. Still find it strange that our own supporters underrate this guy.
