well it appears you 'got' it
just to clarifty, the second sentence was an obtuse joke. i.e. he mistook my identity so i deliberately mistook his
for the record BH is one of my favourite reads on footy matters
thats right, broaden the discussion. the discussion point was just the reason expressed for the fund raiser
that was the molehill as you well know
as you also know this is an annual fundraiser by the foundation heroes. they don't even need an excuse/reason they just do it
to avoid being guilty of the same hyperbole that's as much as i'll say
no doubt you will go on ad infinitum, be my guest I won't be reading
??? what a convoluted reply
I just thought you might be able to recognise when a molehill is a molehill........you obviously don't...keep gazing if you like
seriously this is making a mountain out of a molehill
if you understand psychology tim you should understand this
there surely are many more important issues for the mfc than this
gazing at one's belly too often achieves little
I wasn't talking about landers being against trading col, i was saying many landers think we are going to score well on fa and trades to bring in some experienced good players from other clubs. I'm thinking this may not happen so easily and we don't want to get stuck with little experience (class) and essentially just a new bunch of kids. Of course I'm hoping this doesn't happen and we strike it rich with some good gets (in which case we can give up some players like col)
but of course anything could happen between now and end of drafting but i'm skeptical especially about picking up any classy experienced mids
from Neeld's comments he doesn't agree with you. even suggests a leadership role.
i know col is frustrating and hasn't fulfilled his potential but neeld reckons he is now on-board so we might see a better col next year
if there is a chance of that then we need to keep him. we haven't got much class and i doubt we are going to get all the mature fa/trades that many landers expect
It's not all i've got hazey but when you tell such porkies as on this item then it casts doubts on your other 'facts' and your ability to be truly objective and even handed
