i did the same thing to my heel when i was 18 and didn't realise until i turned 40 and had an xray. i did know i'd hurt it but had no idea i'd fractured it. at the time could walk on it ok but jumping hurt. 😆

Change to the Stand Rule Cracks Down on Fake Handballs
daisycutter replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
good idea on point 2. player would have to nominate he's going for a goal, say within 5 seconds. then ump signals time off. if he doesn't nominate then he gets the usual 5 seconds (or whatever it is). if he nominates then doesn't shoot for goal, no probs. all sounds too sensible. p.s, if he does nominate and the game clock is stopped he still only gets a max of 30 secs, else play-on signalled -
given my heritage is scots irish that's refreshing to hear, rab......but i already knew that 😉 but there is always just a little truth in those myths

Change to the Stand Rule Cracks Down on Fake Handballs

as far as i remember, only if you moved off the line. of course when opponents started standing to the left or the right it became hard to actually know where the [censored] line was, and for the sake of keeping the game moving the umpires got very lax in setting out the mark properly as they used to do. these days the kicker cribs grossly around the mark a lot especially when the mark is outside the corridor. it drives me spare. the "line" should always be a straight line from the centre of the goals to the mark then extending back as for the standing on the mark. i would only pay the 50m if the opponent moved fwd of the mark or more than 1 pace laterally left or right. and only play-on if off the mark. for the fake play-on let the umpire use his common sense and just reset -
hmmm.....i wonder if there is such a thing as a non-self-serving scots person, or for that matter a non-self-serving english person? just pondering, rab

kayo is probably cheapest. you only need to pay for footy season...say 6 months. additionally if you want to squeeze it down, get a basic subscription which supports 2 devices concurrently and split costs with a mate/family member. only thing cheaper is probably the pirate sites and fight off the virus attempts.

btw it looks as if only demon and tiger supporters can play "blue ball goes first, followed by the player with the red ball, then black, and finally yellow" makes sense too that the blue and red balls play first.

just to be totally [censored]. they are also called a pitch uncle bitters should be the authority here as every manor must have a croquet pitch
