  2. how about woewodin's run and bounce goal starting deep in the backline, virtually straight thru the corridor
  3. well for starters, the mcc and afl members must be a big figure then you have the corporates etc
  4. am i right in thinking that you can't specify a preferred category in the ballot? i.e. if you wanted standing room you couldn't nominate and could end up with category 1
  5. definitely favoured the filth
  6. no goldsack wasn't out of form, just out of game time like jack viney. goldsack is more of an experienced known quantity too having said that, goldsack was still a risk. hunt would be a bigger risk (and i'm a hunt fan)

i checked all the myriad weather sites. max temp varied from 20c to 25c. all said partly cloudy, low wind. Some said low chance (10 to 40%) of light rain but late in the day. sounds similar to our round 22 game in perth
  14. i would imagine that the person logged onto the ticketek account is the only one who needs to be successful i'm not sure if at the ballot time, that virtual seats are allocated but if so bear in mind that as time goes on in the ballot the availability of say 6 seats consecutive becomes less and less possible (compared to say 2,3,4 etc). so it may be wise to split to smaller group.
  15. how many rewards do they need. they get the double chance plus home ground advantages.
  16. jv got them shaking in their boots already

i'd think a fair few of those 40+k would be priority 3, plus a number of the remaining wouldn't be going for a variety of reasons, so priority 1 and 2 members might have a pretty good chance. The risky ones might be those who have specified a largish block of seats, given that it's all or nothing. A good strategy might be to split largish blocks into smaller blocks........just thinking out aloud next year will be much harder with more members in total plus more members being prepared to pay the GF guarantee given our prospects are now so rosy
