  1. why all the fuss? the mro says it was fine 😂
  2. [censored] ... he got a small fine move on no conspiracy here ... more important issues to waste your ip on
  3. not only that bub, but there are two ways to elevate your knees. the best way is to raise the knee but tuck it sideways. this way you protect yourself but can still gain elevation without spearing someone. the other way is the thug's way by raising your knee directly out and in front of you so it becomes a weapon. this is mason cox's speciality. it is obviously dangerous and should be free kicked, if not reported. now in darcy moore's case i'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. i might be wrong but that's my gut feel
  4. Simon Goodwin dismisses reports of Christian Petracca's family unrest, backs Melbourne Demons medicos (afl.com.au)
  5. bub, it probably had 0% banana, but otherwise i agree
  6. the liver takes over ... though not as efficient my brother has been spleenless for over 50 years now
  7. I can attest to how serious spleen injuries can be. Happened to my brother. Head trainer told him to not be so soft and play through the pain. He played out the game, got home and collapsed. If my sister hadn't been at home he would have died on the spot. Took him to er and straight into operating room. Spleen totally removed. missed rest of season.
  8. what a horrible display of afl man on man congestion tackleorama holding the ball lotto umpiring fantasies i hope this in not where the game is heading with the new rules
  9. he didn't build the mcg in 6 days though and as far as the sins bit goes, he obviously forgot about afl house and umpires

  12. what would you do if jesus christ came to hawthorn? (sign outside hawthorn church) move peter hudson to centre half forward (graffito response - probably demonstone)
  13. geez, i'd settle for anyone who can play within 20m of their opponent
  14. wonder if there will be any learnings out of today?
  15. has the whole team got the flu or a food bug? so bad ... gotta be a reason
  16. fanning must have been pretty special too. left vfl too young as well
  17. 8/10 but a lot more games this round, so let's wait and see
  18. more AI of course and AI will be like social media - lots of good things ... but lots of bad things too eventually you won't be able to tell if text, a voice, a picture or a video is real or generated. nothing will be unequivocally real, the truth will become an archaic concept that historians and philosophers will ponder over
  19. despite my cynicism, so far (1st half) the rule change seems to be working well and scrimmages being stopped much quicker than previous and consistency better. lot more game time to go this round so i'll hold off until then
  20. companies that need to use credit cards do it hands off in conjunction with a third party and encryption no need to store credit cards locally in any readable form
  21. no, they said they give encouragement chats during play but they said they were not decision specific like yes/no
  22. stand up the boy who was surprised
  23. i think all afl staff and executives need to go on an education course about the meaning and importance of transparency. long overdue.
  24. i'm looking forward to a round of extreme fan outrage social media will be in overdrive
