I agree that makes sense But, you would expect more draws in non-GF finals for similar reasons (teams closer to each other on ladder and lots on the line). Despite there being 5-6 more non-GF finals (est. over 113 years) I only know of 2 draws (could be more). Interesting . . .

I can't recall any finals game (other than GF) being a drawn game Anyone remember differently?
