If he's getting smashed by a tag, you have to mix it up. Play him from the goal square, clear it out so he's one on one with the tagger, play Jurrah, Aussie and Watts from the 50 arc and put Dunn on the ball. He'll dominate and create a heap of scoring opportunites. They'll then be forced to switch a small defender onto him, creating opportunities for Wonna, Bennel, etc. Obviously if we're pushing up into their forward 50 everyone's going to be further from goal, but equally as dangerous as he has the toe to beat his man running back to goal.

They broadcast at 3-6 so it runs into the news so people stay tuned and also so they can have more ads between the goals and cut down on excess coverage.

I don't think Brent has a problem with alcoholism, I think he just gets too smashed when he gets on the [censored]. Doesn't know when to stop. Therefore I think it's a good idea for him to confront it and get it out there, but I know what you mean, that should really be his decision to make. Then again, he is bringing the club into disrepute so he owes it to the club to be honest to the football public.

Brisbane have played one bad game this year and two good ones. They got the jump on us today, but we responded. Great win, and definitely... enough.

We played mostly draftees in the practice match. I wouldn't be too worried about that result.

Other than the Brissy game at Optus Oval in March I've never been super impressed with Nev. If he can produce that kind of game more often then he'll be a weapon for us, but let him find that form playing for Casey I say. Too inconsistent for mine ATM.

So does this mean we're not sending the whole forward line to Casey anymore...? Top post. Other than the fact I don't think you need a "power forward", just one that is able to compete and bring the ball to ground on the non-goal side to allow our forwards and mids first use following the contest.

If the guy had stayed as a key back he would have a big rep by now. We need him to be more than that, and to his credit he looks like he's going to be able to achieve that. It's only one game, but if he can build on it he could be an absolute weapon for us over the next decade.
