Wouldn't have thought so. Tune in just gives you the web stream, and that's normally switched off to ensure traffic is generated to AFL website. However, being a pre-season game, can't remember 100% if the AFL enforce this policy, but the above facebook post would suggest so...

Yeah, the actual parking itself is no problem, it's the roads on the way in that aren't ideal. I think if you get there early it's all good but trying to arrive at game time you're going to be in a world of hurt.

I never said anything about them being nice. I'm not sure how that's relevant to my initial post. I was talking about character. If you have quality people leading, the rest of your team will reflect that. This football club has not had that scenario for a number of years now, as has been evident from our results.

Viney, Grimes, Toumpas, Trengrove, McDonald, Dawes, Clark, Jones, Watts All strike me as young men with their heads screwed on right and born leaders, each looking like developing into really good footballers, if they're not already. Dawes in particular has blown me away by being just about the most intelligent footballer I've ever had the pleasure of hearing being interviewed. Is it just me or does our long term future appear much brighter this year? Even if we're still due for some more pain in the short term...

Yeah every day every player has to give a score out of 10 for how they are feeling in a number of areas. Back, hips, legs, etc. They also have to note how much sleep they get, general energy level etc. They feed all this into their iphone or whatever and the fitness staff receive it all via the net.

I'll tell you one thing. If Flash continues his injury free run and starts to hit his straps early in the season and gets back to somewhere near his exhilarating best, it will give a massive lift to this team. A seriously massive lift. Davey balking blokes on the MCC flank and delivering laser passes to Clark and Dawesy coming out of the goalsquare will get the G rocking again, no doubt about it.

Looks like the game isn't going to be televised on ABC. Channel 9 have three hours of "TO BE CONFIRMED" in their programming for that night though, which perhaps suggests they are considering sending a team up to cover it?

Man, so pumped for this season.
