First from the 6-6-6 rule which took awhile to adjust to, then learning from 2018/19 before getting the players and team he wanted/needed for success in 2021. After the problems of 2022, they have learnt and adjust how we play and manage the team over the year to be ready for finals. Plans had have to be adjusted due to injury in the are we least wanted them. Last week, we lost by 7 agains the "best" side of the comp. We should've won, but we could hit the side of a barn. I agree. Without good mids there is no one to feed the forwards. Best example of this is when the west coast lost Judd & Co in short order, same forward line dramatic drop off in scoring, Simply the ball could not be delivered down there. In saying that awe need a big forward who can contest when it get crowded and bring it to ground. JVR is not there yet and it shouldn't be his main role.

When we tried to do that it was very obvious and too slow and they just intercepted it. Simply lack of speed to get into the fwd line and then too shallow. hence no pressure. Lastly we are all flying again with no crumbers.
