Scharenberg is a lock at 2 for me. We can train elite endurance but you cannot train footy smarts and precision skills like this kid has!

Toumpas will be a weapon when we have a forward structure. He'll never be a line breaker but we'll be able to count on him showing the composure to hit a target. Toumpas will thrive on the improvement of Viney & Grimes as key extractors.

Prestia matching it with the Hawks mids. This is a guy we must put time into. No excuses! -
It's not about what the MFC wants. This is about what Col wants. I wouldn't begrudge him for leaving. Good player on his days but not worth the type of coin it would require to keep him.

I am furious Strauss has been dropped. He's kept Nahas to 8 disposals. Neeld talks about getting our younger crew up to 100 games. And if he's worried about overloading on small defenders, we can all see Nicholson should be the first to go.

I watched Strauss closely today and without getting it to much he was fantastic from a positional sense - always goal side of Nahas. Who's stats I'd be interested to see.

Hardly worth noting now because so much has changed but Neeld was able to convince Clark to join the MFC when home-sick with an offer from his home town club. Prestia looks a smart player.

3 Things. Tackle Spread Get the ball in Davey's hands more often.

Release Davey. Let him chase the pill ala '08-9. Best decision maker on this list, especially by foot.

Nicholson, whilst wasteful, had the best spread of any player out there for MFC. He also tried to play with flair. His execution will need to improve but the lack of work rate from others is a more pressing issue.
