CHANGES: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
Will be interesting to see. Make sense either him or Hunt , I guess. I think both offer something that harmes can't and we have enough of what harmes brings to the team. Having said that harmes has been a good contributor over a long period so I'll back in the selection committee

CHANGES: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
Does ready to go mean they are in the team ? Didn't catch the interview with Goody. I'd be happy with BBB in for weid and leave the rest of team as is. I think hunt is our best matchup for ginnivan.

Eddie Betts opens up on the weird camp
Was the camp our players objected to run by the same jokers who ran the Adelaide one? I'm sure word got around to players at different clubs about what went down there.

Eddie Betts opens up on the weird camp
Says in Eddie's book that the "mind" training began in the middle of 2017. Included things like training their game face as they run through the banner and the stupid stance. So yes I'd think it had a part to play in him leaving at the end of that season. That club is still recovering. Imho Ricuttio has a lot to answer for. He might not have instigated it but he knew what went down and has used his platform as a director of footy at Adelaide FC, a mmm breakfast host and Fox footy commentator to play it down at every opportunity, as recently as this morning

CHANGES: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
He knew he was back up when he joined took a chance on playing finals instead of consistent AFL game time. Better than vfl standard but he is not breaking into this midfield barring injury

NON-MFC: Round 20, 2022
Chance to miss finals altogether now. That would be a old school MFC 2017 ,2020 like choke

I agree. He last played meaningful minutes in the mid in 2019/2020 and was pushed out by our current mid combinations and we won a premiership. In 2019/20 he was part of the see ball get ball bees to the honeypot that exposed us . I've no doubt he can play good minutes as a mid in the AFL but that's not his best position in our team.- 2022 Injury List
Good to see Joel Smith available . He was good for us early this year. Still not sure his best position but is very versatile. At a minimum he is a better sub option than Bedford, thommo and others who have been sub this year- Have you enjoyed season 2022?
Summed up how I'm feeling about the year- Have you enjoyed season 2022?
Pretty simple question but keen to hear members responses. We sit second on the ladder with 4 games to go but scanning through most threads it appears alot of the natives are restless. I'd personally say I haven't enjoyed the year as much as the ladder position suggests I should. The first 10 wins the brand of footy never had my excitement levels up . I've not been able to attend as many games as I'd like due to having a young family and us having so many night games. The only game I've really enjoyed was the Brisbane game.i was able to attend and we played a ferocious brand of footy and the crowd was into it . I've sat through 35+ years in the outer through all the good and mostly bad but after reaching the promised land last year, this year is just strange.- Have we been worked out?
Opposition have known what we do and how we do it for a while. Issue isn't that we have been worked out. It is that we can't sustain our game plan for long enough . We started our 2022 pre season at least 6 weeks behind 2021 as we played at least a month longer than the previous year when we didn't make finals. then the required time off for players . I think this is a massive reason for our fade outs and losses. - Angus Brayshaw Re-Signs Until 2028
