Well TV standards have certainly slipped. Lindsay Fox bared his arse on the Molly tribute show last night.

I don't believe that it is a recruiting failure, simply because someone taken after your selection ends up a better player, but rather, it is when you take someone with a high pick, who is never going to make it in the AFL and as we have seen in the past, even at VFL level. Obviously players develop at different levels and will do differently if in good clubs or poor clubs. But when you waste a high pick, on a bloke who just can't play at an AFL standard, after being given time to develop, that is when you have a recruiting failure IMO.

You are correct in a sense, as it has two meanings in law. To be found guilty of an offence, is to be convicted of that offence. However you can be convicted of an offence, without the recording of a penalty known as a conviction. For example, you are convicted of the offence (found guilty), but the penalty recorded, is a fine without conviction, or a bond to be of good behaviour, or a diversion, etc.

Clayton is 1 cm shorter and 4kgs lighter than VDB, as published on the club site. No midget now. Being young, he could still grow a bit and with hard work, will put on muscle.
