Sorry to throw footy in here, but I was thinking that a good year for us, will put us in a strong position to grab a FA or two next year, so that we don't have to rely too heavily on the draft, with our fairly young list.

I have never got into Mango smoothies. Don't mind a mango juice, but not as a smoothie.

I have just started my annual fitness kick, to get my body in shape for the coming season. It hasn't worked for the last several years, but you can only try. The diet will kick in too. I will have my banana smoothies made with skinny milk from now on. May have to give up on the banana splits and sundaes though.

Had a great banana smoothie at Little Oak, in Waverley Road East Malvern, this morning. I feel uplifted.
