NON-MFC: Round 20
What has happened to the Swans? Maybe not having Rowbotham, Papley, McInerney, Mills and Rampe might have something to do with it. JUH, Naughton and Darcy are 3 pretty good key forwards. It has been said of course but do we beat Blues, Lions and GWS last night with Trac, Gus, Salem, Spargo and Smith playing. 100% you need luck in footy.

Well before the media writes us off next year, they should take note of this stat, even after the horrible year we have had with unavailable players. If we scored just 10 more points in total over 3 games, thereby winning them, we would be 2nd today, despite everything.

My 3 word player analysis V GWS
How does Toby go from standing with the ball, to on his knees, where a waist high correctly applied tackle, is now on his shoulder? Pathetic and costs us a goal, which is more than the losing margin. The umpires boss said they wouldn’t pay ducking. Their movement on the mark, which cost us another goal was ignored all night. Dillon and Kane need to stop lying about the standard of umpiring and put some money into helping train umpires, instead of grabbing millions in salary like pigs at a trough.

POSTGAME: Rd 20 vs GWS
In the Bombers game Kozzie got a 50 for stepping over the mark, when the mark wasn even set and the umpire hadn’t yet called stand resulting in a Bombers gift goal. Have seen that 20 times since in suffer without penalty. Last night Kozzie gets grabbed in goal square without ball and play on and then Toby Greene blatantly ducks and gets charity goal. We lose by 2 points. Against Lions, Rivers loses a goal for running too far, actually 13 steps and we lose by 5 points. Have not seen a goal reversed for that in a few years. It is hard to take when controversial goals lose you the game and we have had it several times this year, with Carlton 1 point loss another, after Kozzie goal reversed incorrectly for a dangerous tackle, that was actually Kemp staging after he stopped the ball. Not once this year has it given us a win, which is the only consistency.

50% of our Brown will be gone soon.

Dan Houston
Well that seems pretty definite. Time to throw up another name.

CASEY: Rd 18 vs UWS Giants
I only saw the last quarter and it was perhaps the most skilless one by Casey I have ever seen in a game of footy and I include under 7’s vic kick.

We know his dad Jeremy and he was hoping Dees would draft him.

I really like that post. Do you think he looks like he could develop into an AFL player?

Barter for Barrass
Would absolutely love him, as he can play both ends, but couldn’t see it happening.

Oliver Trade Rumours
Clarry is the best contested possession player I have ever seen, also though not relevant to the discussion, my favourite Demon player. Judging him on this year is just ridiculous, given all his issues, that have been well documented. As someone posted above, despite all those issues, he is still ranked in the top 35-40 mids in the AFL. Lets see how he is going next year, after hopefully putting most of the issues behind him. I think he might make a lot of people eat humble pie.

NON-MFC: Round 19
Umpire 26 looked straight at it side on from nearby and just waived play on. Hipwood should be suspended for that as Blakey could have broken his neck, let alone the potential to be concussed.

NON-MFC: Round 19
It will be “AFL grounds have never been better.”

NON-MFC: Round 19
No it’s not, he will get only one match for this his latest incident, as it will be graded light or medium impact. That won’t be the justice this bloke deserves.
