We could all hop on the bus to Romsey or have fun in the ruins of the Gat. The possibilities are endless. We could have Demon Frog doing drawings of each attendee. Biff could insult everyone as they arrived. BBO could raffle his autobiography. R and B could sing a few nursery rhymes. Old Dee could provide the optimism. Hemingway could write a book about the night. Daisy could provide an effigy of HWSNBN to have a darts competition with. Moonie could bring the moonshine. Ethan could invite the special guests. BB could provide a running commentary on the night as DJ. It could be better than the post Oscars party or at least the Logies one.
  2. Not sure how that helps Tyson improve his disposal by not playing.
  3. Given the importance of a fit Tom and coming back from injury, it is fair to assume Smith has been brought in for the Weid role. 3rd key tall and relief ruck. He actually has a bit more skill around the contest too.

Only 43 pages to go to our 1000 page party.

Its good to be bickered, but of course only in a non silly way.

Good to see some intelligent posting on DL for a change. No silly bickering on this thread.

Hopefully not too late, but looking like not too soon.

Looks like we are back and firing on all cylinders. Good to see some horse involvement as well.

Well, we will see if your suggestion brings the motley crew of characters back to life again and reinvigorates their posting.

    That is without finals.
  12. Looking like a week for Ed so that Chris Scott can tape his head back together.
  13. Hope you feel better soon. You can see a lot on the TV that you miss at the ground.
  14. Ed is gone, Charlie not sure. 1 all would satisfy many.
  15. Murphy in for Ed and Marchbank for Charlie or another Blue dropped if Charlie gets off.
  16. Your post doesn't make sense, unless you meant to say the appeal will be rejected.
  17. Redleg replied to Redleg's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
No you are not, you are on the world's best thread, not just Demonlands'.
  18. Have a stronger feeling you are incorrect. Charlie might get off, but from what I am reading of the submissions, they may both go down.

Don't know what they need to live on but they are well paid.

Big game this week. We have tended to play poorly against them for a few years even though they have been down the ladder. We need to play at our best all game and drive them into our turf.

  22. One of the big problems for us against the Blues recently, has been poor inside 50 entries, where Simpson or Docherty have simply mopped up and started their attacks on goal. Docherty is out and with our 3 key forwards we now enter our 50 a bit differently and also demand a different opposition defence set up. They should get a couple of good players in the Captain and Marchbank back, but today might lose a couple of handy brothers.
  23. ssshhh!!!!!
  24. Interesting that the result is known before evidence is given, or cases presented and then negotiated outcomes are guaranteed in the same circumstances. Yep, Independent Tribunal my ars-e.

He would have been happy with the game last year, where their first 5 goals came from blocks and incorrect frees and then we lost by under a goal.
