Farewell Luke Jackson
So if Pies got picks 40 and 50 for Grundy you would say they are bandits? Not sure why you said that, when the pick(s) they might get weren't even suggested.

Farewell Luke Jackson
If Jacko goes, Rendell on SEN suggesting we end up with Grundy and a high pick. Pies to pay say $200K of his $900k for next 5 years. Lobb to Dogs for pick. Freo gives picks to Pies, who save $700k a year, plus probably De Goeys' salary, which they use to chase Giants players. Grundy then does most of ruckwork for us and Max plays more forward, which prolongs his career and gives us another marking target forward. We use the high pick to draft another key forward. We can then rookie another ruck. Maybe we trade Weid to Pies as part of the deal to improve our draft position. Lots of possibilities.

Jordan De Goey
I never said anything about getting De Goey, I was just saying that with their rotten culture they have won 8 in a row and so maybe it's not culture that wins games. You might not give a rats about a team winning 8 in a row, but I bet their supporters do. PS: I am certainly not defending De Goey and I wouldn't want him with us.

CHANGES: Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs
So try Tomlinson forward and tell him the role we want him to play. Maybe it is just dragging another key defender away from Brown and Fritta. That could be worth a couple of goals on its own. Maybe if they zone off him, he becomes the free tall to kick it to. He is fit enough to move up the ground and back, like Tom does as as well. Maybe our mids when they look up, will see three talls in different spots they can aim at, instead of the predictable big bomb to BBB with 3 on him.

8 wins in a row. Numerous players seem to want to go there. Obviously culture isn't winning their games, or losing them. PS: I am not saying we don't want our club to have a good culture, obviously we do.

The Run Home
Would be great if we beat Dogs and Freo lose to Tigers, putting us 2 games and % ahead of Dockers. Martin and Lynch out for Tigers just to make that more unlikely.

CHANGES: Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs
I think Melksham and Bedford go out and Lever might be a wait and see on his shoulder.

CHANGES: Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs
Yes he will and no he didn’t. The 2 dropped handballs and poor kick to Fritta, out of his 4 possies to that point in the 3rd quarter, are the reason he can’t stay in.

CHANGES: Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs
I wonder if sometimes I am watching a different game. I agree Tomlinson was really good today and yet some want him out. Played on a taller opponent in good form and basically dominated him. Aside from one goal set up for him, I thought Melksham was horrible and unfortunately Bedford was unsighted.

GAMEDAY: Rd 18 vs Port Adelaide
There is a bloke missing for us.

GAMEDAY: Rd 18 vs Port Adelaide
Try Toby in the middle, as he hasn’t done a thing and should be fit and fast, if they can give him the ball at stoppage.

GAMEDAY: Rd 18 vs Port Adelaide
Sub is a small when we went small anyway. Weid obviously is not wanted by us.

Yep PPMFCSS, Post Premiership MFCSS.

NON-MFC: Round 18, 2022
It is the single best advantage to a team in the AFL. Interstate teams have to travel constantly, but the Cats have this home ground advantage and travel less than most Vic clubs. It is virtually a given 7-8 win walk up start every year. 4-5 more wins at G or Marvel and it is finals every year.

NON-MFC: Round 18, 2022
Our big problem is we probably have the worst key forward options in the AFL atm. I just don't see how we fix that, unless JVR comes in and plays well, or we change our game plan, to utilize a small forward line. That would mean kicking to space and along the ground entering the forward 50 and not just bombing it long to 1 on 3.

It’s obvious, Silvagni touched his arm, as he dived after kicking the ball.

NON-MFC: Round 18, 2022
They are asking for a priority pick for Liam Jones retiring, when refusing to vaccinate. The arrogance.

Did we play a WA side in any of them?

NON-MFC: Round 18, 2022
Blues, Swans and us. Must avoid Freo in Perth as will be hardest to win. We play them there soon and it could decide our fate.

I can’t recall winning games a game without Clarry for about 6 years.😉
