Back to the footy, silly to say, but if we get to next week, I have a funny feeling we could beat the red hot favourites and march into another GF. We would be the big underdogs and that could really suit us. I have never liked it when we are raging favourite to win. MFCSS kicks in.

    Just win boys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. A wonderful, selfless woman, who devoted her life to the service of her people and country. RIP your Majesty, you will be greatly missed.
  4. Prestia, Grimes, Bolton, Balta, Graham, Rioli, Vlastuin and Nankervis for starters.

He is a genius. No one saw that coming.

Hard ask on a wet windy night, in a sudden death final, to blood a key forward.

    You are on frog time.

Enjoy Captain’s run. Boys need to be at their best tomorrow as Lions will throw everything at us.
  9. No, he really struggled.
  10. Think again. Marking and kicking goals is a pretty good thing as a forward these days as well. Watts would be an absolute certainty. Best kick for goal probably in the AFL when he played.
  11. Well not useless. Maybe we should make it known, that the highest % of members that go to the footy of all Victorian Clubs are Dees members. Let's get rid of that BS stereotype, that we are all at the snow. Speaking of stereotypes, I acknowledge it is a hard ask for Pies members to get day leave from Her Majesty's Prisons, to go to the footy.

  13. Watts would be a walk up start in our 22 on friday, Schache wouldn't.
  14. Where were you ET, I thought you were the world's best news breaker? Is Redleg the new newsbreaker? Stocker has been delisted and Setterfield is likely to be traded and is not being offered a new contract.

You couldn't guarantee that JVR would have a good game, but I feel very confident in saying that JVR at the very least, would have a better game than Melk's last one, where he had 5 possies at 20% efficiency. That is one good possie for an entire game and several scoring chances stuffed up, to boot.

Tom said yesterday he probably needs another game with Casey before being considered, so sounds like he has been told not this week.
  17. I have it but it won’t load on DL.

Well that work experience kid in membership has good info.
  19. I would find it nearly impossible to mention his name.
  20. The 201 cm one.
  21. That non citing is worth more than all the frees he has missed, as he would have got 2 weeks. Oh that's right the MRO is Michael Christian and he played for ........... Wouldn't be surprised if the AFL told him to ignore it, as it would create more controversy. Disgraceful act, as even Dermie said, it was done to really hurt Dangerfield.
  22. It's a 10 metre protected area and Kozzie was double that away from Reid at all times. Disgraceful decision.
  23. Exactly. Big club Coaches would be bleating about the decisions. There is a clear agenda IMO in the media to highlight certain things and overlook others.
