  1. He struggled, didn't he....I'm prepared to give him one preseason game.
  2. Clubs paying overs for 'potential' - you're so right.
  3. Not a problem
  4. Natalie Portman
  5. Yep, with you both on this one, but JH will prove to be a real headache. Watts, Gawn, Kent, Dawes, JKH and Garlett will all go okay...
  6. Howe is a born HBF...creative, marking? Forget about it! and fit, pace and can read the play. We have enough damaging forwards.
  7. h_h, I was like you with Jack - frustrated as well....but, if this team is to progress up the ladder, JW will not cop such a hard tag and will become a very important link player. All silk, all skill.
  8. I understand that, but he won't get the same space playing at this level.
  9. I love this kid's hardness.....similar to Cross' Hard nut.
  10. Don't say that.....I find SANFL footy very average...
  11. I don't give a rats about Chip's year.....couldn't give a continental.
  12. I hope you post Kenty's reply - I labelled this bloke a keeper two years ago...loved his speed, bravado and raking left foot. Hey P-man, hope you're well? Stef who???
  13. According to some posters, everyone's tradeable.....
  14. Finals. I'm calling it! I wanna be in the papers for the right reasons! It's a new era. Hang in there, old dee....
  15. Agree. Luke Hodge has my respect - goes hard, hurts all in his path, gets hurt in the process....never winces and I've seen him help his opponent up. I like that. Travis Boak, too.
  16. You're forgetting 186? Mighty red motor, but not what we're talking about.....
  17. Daniel Cross will only be rested to preserve him for this year and next year. Bonus for the club, bonus for the youngsters, hard as a cat's head and an absolute exemplar of professionalism. I'd love to see him managed well so that he plays next year as well.
  18. Except Nathan Jones
  19. None of these players are (and have never been) up to AFL standard. Great to see that Neeld keeps copping a few barbs.
  20. Pace, pace and more pace.
  21. Jetta was my only worry in this trio, but I've changed my mind and apologise to Nev. Matt Jones was to me, symbolic of the new professionalism that was needed around the club - steely resolve and hard work. His biggest downfall was that we didn't have the coaching personnel to lift him to the next level. Now we have.
  22. Because we're across the road?
  23. You'd think they'd need to land a big name soon. They've been on the nose a bit....
