Well I know one thing...I'll be tuning in to watch On The Couch tonight to see what Bucks has to say about the Dees...I am all of a sudden very interested.

I think the Bucks idea is a good one but to think they will do it without a proper process is pretty dumb, of course they will go through the process they're not [censored]. Simpson whatever, didn't want him anyway he doesn't want to be a coach right now. Maybe someone else in the footy department would have been nice but oh well, not fussed. Longmire has done great things but also not into it right now, fair enough, you need someone to want it. John Ralph is a bit of a mug, just seems to like posting stuff, still they must get their stuff from somewhere. Really who cares what any of them say, if Bucks is the right man for the job then so be it he will inherit a great list of players who are already doing some very good things and he knows that. Would be great to see Jordan Lewis come in too so on that note bravo Ralphy you mug I think the club would do well to get guys like this who are not only big names and probably quite attractive to players and sponsors alike, but also they have been doing nothing but analyzing the game for a while now and both seem quote measured and reasonable. Love the fact that Bucks really REALLY wants a flag too. I do worry how his personality would go with our playing list though trying to boss them around, that's my only worry, Goody has a wonderful relationship with the players and everyone knows it. Could someone like Bucks have a relationship that good? Doubtful but you never know.

Just get Roos to coach again!

Jai looks so good out there and is easily keeping his spot, that says to me that we're onto something and you can clearly see it with him that he has come to play and brings a lot to our team. Very happy with him getting his shot and very clearly playing well and keeping that spot in the team.

What has Bucks said on all his media appearances about which Melbourne players he would be trading etc I wonder?

Haha no way these guys haven't been contacted yet by the club, very good deflection though and ultimately I think they just are respecting Goody because its all so fresh. Very professional.

Honestly don't mind the Bucks idea...at first I didn't like it, but warming, especially since he's spent so long analyzing the modern game now and seems to speak very intelligently about all things football, he seems interested and likes the current list etc. he almost talks like an optimistic Melbourne supporter I kind of like it. Would be wonderful to be able to get a good head coach, and Adam Simpson as a head of football or something like that.

Wow, sad for Goody I hope this was his call to leave right now and have it announced after a win, he deserves everyone's respect. Thank you Goody for the premiership, that was a lifetime highlight right there and I honestly didn't think I'd ever experience it :) Now for the replacement...anyone hear any trotting sounds? Loved his game, looks like a good competitor and damn he can jump and actually catch the ball...we appear to need more like him. Looking forward to seeing him hold his spot.

Some nice moments, Culley has made this worth watching but what the heck are we doing here the Eagles have so many major outs we are just looking very disinterested in parts.

Jai's debut is the only reason I'll watch this, only slightly outweighing my reason for not watching it being Petty still in the team. Doesn't matter against this lot really they were already [censored] now they're worse so if we don't beat them this weekend I think that'll be curtains for the coach. I just hope Jai has a great game and enjoys himself.

It's just a game everyone, sometimes we will be up and sometimes we will be down, that's just how it goes. I want Dees to win too I liked it when we were good for a change, but hey it will happen again, just gotta clear out the muppets who have had their chance and failed because they are muppets.

I reckon the list is pretty good, and that’s the bit that makes no sense how such a good list can’t win games. coaching! Sorry to say, but coaching has to be an issue here and the thing to change. Goody maybe, but definitely those beneath him there needs to be serious changes to football department then the players will get a refresh and it will probably do wonders.

I hope we’re stuck with both of them to be honest, it would be shocking to see them go for not much and then they find form somewhere else tha would hurt a lot.

Who the heck replaces Trac and Oliver? I kind of hope we keep them, but get rid of Petty when someone offers us two first rounders again ;)
