Any draft picks right now aren't worth a whole lot, very compromised, I was at least happy to hear Tim Lamb say this very clearly that we aren't in this years draft very much on purpose.

Just kill the whole academy system and father son [censored] it just unbalances the whole comp. Make it fair all round, the only way to properly do it, until that happens it will always be skewed unfairly and that isn't right.

Sub rule fair enough, but nothing changes, just have no sub. Every team has same amount of interchange so when someone is injured that team has one less on the bench. Might as well have just axed the sub and left with 4 on bench, but hey extra bench why not.

Rachelle sounds great, but Darcy Fogarty certainly is intriguing since we reckon we've been crying out for a forward for a while...I wonder if we really need one or would prefer a Rachelle and just get our forwards up to scratch, we have quite a few young gun forwards up and coming that could be very very good in JVR plus Kentfield and Noah Yze but they are unknowns...but might be awesome!

What is Rachele actually like as a player? He seems to be the most talked about from Adelaide at least as a possibility and I know he's meant to be good...don't know that much about him though except he's been in and out of the side all year. He's not injury prone is he like poor Mr. McAdam?

Is Howes a decent enough replacement for McVee do people think?

Can we get someone back for him that's like for like (or better) that isn't just a pick in a crappier draft?

Don't lose him and just go rebuild mode because we don't need to and don't want to waste Max's last years, which are still looking bloody good!

He absolutely must stay, if only at least for the first year with new coach and new fresh system. Would be an absolutely travesty if we let one of our best players go without seeing what comes of our current top tier players with the freshen up in the club. KEEP HIM PLEASE!!!!

I remember Grundy was in my calendar the year after he left the club for Sydney, just made me laugh. These calendar printers should really sync up more with the list managers.

Trac shouldn’t go anywhere. New coach, new system, we’d be so stupid to let him go before making him a part of the new look Dees he is a champ and will be again. Keep him. Anyone wanting him gone has rocks in their heads.

I think this is right on. The AFL are going to push this hard and so they would want to. They will do everything to ensure Tassie does not flounder and hits the ground running. Then all the other clubs will feel very hard done by!
