Spot on BSB. We were left behind by the competition. Like in a 400 m race, we had amazing 200 me then we started to lag behind the leaders. Now we can't even qualify to the final race.

I am willing to volunteer to help the club design a KPI tree. To be used to give each level of the organisation and all the way down to each individual contributor what they need to focus and how they'll be measured against throughout the season.

Beg to differ. JVR is very competitive and he is one of our most accurate kicks. He may not be perfect but at the very least he should be a B+ or A grade player in a functioning system.

How come he couldn't bring a KPF after the flag? We knew it was the last piece of the puzzle, McKay was gettable. Yet not much fuzz or noise about it throughout the 2022 season.

On Petracca, as opposed to butchering kicks inside 50? At least he's a good contested mark and maybe he can score 1.1 on average and may be good enough as a HF, he can still support the midfield. Maybe 60 - 40 split between HF and Midfield.

I think our young brigade is waiting for an outcome on Goodwin. If he's kept as the SC for next year look at many of our young guns to re-think their future with the MFC unfortunately.

In Hindsight it looks like that was a big mistake. Letting him go and extending Simon until 2026.

I think Max Gawn mentioned this in the morning. Apparently they got a warning during the second quarter. Success has many fathers, failure is an orphan.
