Whoever thinks our situation, and game style for that matter, resembles Hawthorn or Brisbane last year at all must be trying to cope with the fact that so far we are not good. All I can say, I will be there in the coming weeks when only 20,000 of us come to a Sunday Arvo game. Hopeful for our future with some of the bright young guns we have. The club is the only constant, players and coaches come and go. It's just the nature of the sport.

It just goes to show how grim it has gotten for this playing list.
