Got the same feeling last Sat night. That unknown player with 4 goals (Amoir?). Baffling.

JVR is still one of our most accurate kicks. Between him, Fritsch, Melksham and Kozzy that's already like 80% of all our goals.

Oliver has never been the most agile or fast player. Even Petracca is on the same boat. Our midfield group was designed for a style of footy that is no longer attractive or successful. Goodwin had a prime MFC list from 2018 to 2024 to deliver the best results possible. 2025 and beyond is past his coaching style.

No one is comfortable with one flag. Lot of people here have said it, Goodwin underperformed.

I so much hope that a class action against the AFL cronies is led by our dearly missed Gussy Brayshaw.

Let's not fool ourselves, we lost against NORTH in that stretch of 5 games.

Remember the other plays like that mark not paid to JVR right in front of goal. Then the ball goes to their fwd 50 and goal. 12 point swing in under a minute.

And we know he won't be here for 2027 (bar a miracle). Why waste another year with Simon?

I try to listen to as much content as possible. We have actually lost a couple of poddies in the last few years. Now we only have Demonland and the Deebrief. I guess you could include Caden but he is more than just Dees content.

That's the key word, care. I'd rather have "negative" supporters that at least come to the games week in week out. Or that pay their membership year on year. Just look at Richmond, where's everybody now that they are rebuilding?

Not really, I for one would have felt much better losing two PF in a row for example. It is just so deflating to keep losing finals games at home, over and over.

Is not that much worse? We may be the only team in the modern era to have two straight sets out of the finals (top 4 teams only considered). Mind you, those 4 finals were played at the MCG. So we were playing at our home ground.
