Happy to get the win no doubt about that but it was ugly. Although we won it still worries me about how we played. A team like richmond would make us pay for our turn overs. Our forward entry was trash. our backline though was fantastic. Lever and May are brilliant. Our mids looked a little lazy. kozzie looked fired up and when he was up and about we looked so much better

He is right. We are soft as butter. Watching the practice game you could see the doggies trying to physically hurt our players and did not care if it was a practice game. The older players set the tone. They were hard at it and wanted to cause damage with their tackles. Something really needs to change at this club because if we have another [censored] year players will leave and it’ll only get worse and will they survive this time around since covid has happened and people just don’t have the money to help out again... This is all up to the players though. If they want to play hard then do it. If they want to change the culture then do it. All I can do is buy my membership and support them game day.

Way to many turnovers and if were playing a port, Brisbane or Richmond type team they would have made us pay. I’m not taking anything away from st kilda as they’ve been a great team this season and it’s a huge win against a quality Opposition but I don’t think they have the ability to make teams pay for errors like the other teams listed above. Steven may - wow. It’s like he’s bled red and blue his whole life the way he goes about it. He’s exactly like Viney in The sense he’s not done nor satisfied until the final siren. There’s no relaxing no matter how much we are winning by. trac- is just Trac. What a season by him. Fridge players in this game - i believe Wagner had a ‘okay’ game but I want us to be passed players like Wagner still being able to crack into our 22. Jones - I love him but he just can’t be in our 22 anymore omac- though I do love lever and mays game more with him in it I just can’t deal. He makes my heart panic everytime he is near the ball or has the ball.

The old Melbourne in me knows that every time I say “we need to win this” “this is a huge game and will set us up nicely” they let me down. I’m hoping they finally prove my doubts wrong. I for one would have liked Hannan kept in as I think he took some strong marks around the 50m arc and it provided time for our forwards to set up instead of being rushed and out of place. come on dees!

I miss packing lunches and drinks with my family, everyone’s having a sing along in the car. Driving thru the gates and seeing the G would always light our faces. Go to the bar and get a drink and some chips. We all take our sits with the other members and chat to everyone around us as we always do. Boys come out and we sing the song with a happy face, coin toss and first bounce is approaching! Smiles all round, opposition scores a goal within a minute. We all now have sour faces and car ride home is silent. Yep I miss the G! Would go through that all over just to watch our boys Again

Gawns marking all night was fabulous and we missed that but geez my hearts stops when he’s kicking it. Never thought I’d say this but I felt more comfortable with Omac in defence! He did a great job last night. Weid still worries me and looks so lost but hopefully a few weeks in the team can build his confidence. He needs to learn that, that forward line is his! He owns it. so now Control it and lead the way. Demand the ball and get defenders worried about you and what you’ll do next. Get tough! melks.. I don’t know what’s going on with him. harmes in the forward half of the ground!? Yes please. Every week would be good. This is the Viney we love. Crash and bash. Best on with Trac today. Trac wow. When I’ve watched him play I always thought he was a pretty good player but in saying that I never watched to many Suns games. Seem too always play good against us but who doesn’t right? I do believe if he comes at the right price he would be a good pick up.

Not after last weeks game that’s for sure! way to many times he could have attacked the ball instead he stopped. Great crash and bash moments were it could have resulted in the ball dropping to the ground but instead Richmond player marked it or hit it to advantage

This game hurts like it did losing a prelim. In fact a little bit more because when we lost in the prelim I was proud how far we got And had hope. I just don’t know what more us as fans can do. I love melbourne and it’s in my blood but I’m seriously over it.

Chipped it inside 50 to someone with players right on his [censored]. Might as well boot it closer to goal. May kicks it to a player with 3 tigers on him in the middle of the ground. a lot of these things you can’t coach but you know what you can do as a coach? Not put up with that and have that type of player in your team. Discuss those things with that player and make them earn a spot. goodwin changing absolutely nothing. I never see him on the phone. Hardwick was going nuts in the box at one stage. Good! He expects more!!! smith wtf??? I just can’t. But hey, goody will keep him in for the rest of the year. Why not! It’s the goody way. tmac was our second forward option in 2018 and had the second best defender hence why he was fantastic. Either put him down back, bring a big tall in or p**s him off. I just can’t deal

Is Goodwin ever on the phone trying to change things up? Giving players a spray or motivation? Why can’t I get paid to sit in his spot!! he isn’t doing anything ffs. Do something! Make a change!! This isn’t working!!
