Maxy just made an interesting comment on the Gus & Gawny podcast in regards to Weid. He said "I'm not the match committee, but I think that's his best position, Ruck/Forward". A fairly subtle statement, but I think it reads really truthfully, especially coming from a team mate.

When have they done this? I haven't seen it/certainly not any consistency to it. Weid needs to spend more time in the ruck at both VFL/AFL level. It's the best solution to improve his overall game/forward presence.

If Max were to come back in, B.Brown is who I'd be dropping. He arguably hasn't been worthy of our best 22 for at least half of the games this season and unlike others, hasn't been dropped/moved around, they've persisted to absolutely no avail.
