Firstly stop spouting how good the culture is in public forums because it’s not. Secondly have the President and CEO acknowledge that things have gone wrong at the club and they’re working on making sure these things get sorted. Basically what any good organisation would do right now is open the doors and let the breeze blow through. I’m not asking anyone get sacked, I’m a big believer in apologies and second chances. The fact your supporters forum can’t discuss this stuff should be enough for the club to publicly state what exactly is going on and what is being done to rectify/resolve it. The silence is deafening.

I don’t think it’ll be too far off that when a player like Brayshaw is forced to retire the club will receive a draft pick in return. He’s worth a top 10 pick but I’d be happy with an end of first round as I think giving away top picks damages the integrity of the draft. He’s a huge loss for the club and the timing is terrible.

He likely didn't know of the festering sore that this club actually is. We have how many incidents now that are in the public sphere. I'd hate to think what it's like inside the four walls. Listening to them spout the word culture just makes me laugh now. We've just cooked the best list we're ever likely to have and no one's prepared to stand up and take ownership of the ****show we've all watched unfold.
