  1. No to Weid. I have Joel Smith in the team taking over the 'Frost' role. Petty is a forward. Bennell is a pipe dream at this point. B: Jetta May Hibberd HB: J.Smith Lever Salem C : Langdon Oliver Harmes HF: Melksham T.McDonald Petracca F: Pickett Fritsch Petty FOLL: Gawn Brayshaw VIiney IC: Tomlinson Jackson Hunt Lockhart Emergencies - Hannan Preuss Jones Hore
  2. LOL If anyone here said that about a Melbourne player you would have a good old cry.
  3. 33 for Pickett if it isnt taken
  4. T Mac, Fritsch, Petracca, , Pickett, Jackson..... The forward line in 2020 is potentially our most exciting in a long time.... but we must clean up our act going inside 50 (gameplan).
  5. A+ I wanted X factor and flair and I got it with LJ and Kozzie. Pick 32 was a nice pick with Rivers sliding a bit and gives us another halfback option with Hibberd slowing down and KK a big question mark.
  6. It would be awesome if Luke Jackson turned out to be absolute nutter like Mark. Bring back the good old days when the league was full of real personalities.
  7. Nice safe selection here and also fills a need with Hibberd almost done. Thumbs up my bum.
  8. Another gift for the Cats. The AFL just gets worse by the day. How could they allow the Suns to throw away a PP like that.
  9. https://www.afl.com.au/news/2019-10-03/draft-combine-results-speedy-mid-boosts-stocks-with-scorching-time
  10. I was looking that up yesterday, and Kozzie wasnt in the top 10 for agility. And Luke Jackson wasn't in the top 10 for standing or running jump. Those tests are irrelevant anyway.
  11. It was me who said 20 years. We havent had a great small forward since Farmer. Davey was not a small forward except for his first few seasons..... played most of his career on the wing.
  12. Yes, Some much needed help for Cripps. Blues did very well. It could have been worse, he could have gone to Geelong the pick before.
  13. And heres Saty to ruin the positive vibes in his thread
  14. Just making this for when we possibly draft him tomorrow night. Another talented indigenous forward ,... he stands 185 cms. We are very well stocked in the midsize forward department though so maybe JT goes for a defender or mid. https://draftprospects.prod.afl/prospect/1005997
  15. Wow, just gotta pinch myself again. We now have an electrifying small indigenous forward in the mold of Jeff Farmer/Cyril Rioli. Been waiting 20 years for this. If he makes the grade he will bring the kind of excitement that the likes of Jurrah, Farmer and my namesake did. So pumped.
  16. That clown GIllon McLachlan has got to go
  17. Why the hell didnt they release those highlights BEFORE the draft! Looks like a totally different player, holy [censored]. I think he can play forward. Looks amazing, some great marks and goals and hes has a nice form on his set shot. WELCOME LJ!
  18. What a highlight reel,.. puts every other draftee to shame Wow!
  19. Thank christ we got him. THis kid is going to be special. Welcome Kozzie!
  20. Exactly ....todays ESPN final mock draft has the Hawks taking him the pick after us. Hes not a bolter anymore hes a legit top 15 pick.
  21. And Pickett to Hawthorn with the very next pick .....
  22. Yeah, would love to see some more vision too. The highlights package we have all seen is pretty underwhelming
  23. I just checked AFL.com to see what time the draft starts and apparently its held over 2 [censored] nights .... only Round 1 is tonight FFS The AFL is run by complete lunatics
