  1. Loss of Viney pre game (oh to have named Sparrow as an emergency) and Tomlimson a few mins in has rooted our structure. Add to that our sharpness and effort being off we are in strife. Big big lift needed in 2nd half.
  2. Ooooh Fritsch that could be costly at MRP time
  3. Baker is not up to it
  4. Is TMac playing today?
  5. So tired of how these [censored] commentators are so nonchalant when a player (e.g. Gawn) gets a whack in the head. Didn't Dunstall share a commentary box with Spud Frawley FFS???
  6. Please not an ACL. He has worked into a crucial element of our defence. Argh.
  7. The markets got a whiff of the MFCSS on this thread since the Viney news.

Perhaps the AFL need to look at abolishing or merging these underperforming suburban clubs.

Would love to see a Qld club add a nail to Buckley's coffin after he walked out on the bears/lions/whatevertheywere.

The captivating thing about sport is ... it can be unpredictable. What's that saying again? Something about counting and chickens and before they've hatched? I am feeling some aggregious nail biting MFCSS about Sunday's game. Head says all good - this is a new mature composed hardened Dees team; we've got this. Heart has PTSD.
  11. Last night.

Lynch and Reiwoldt. Would it be possible to be spearheaded by two greater flogs?
  13. Shouldn't the question be would Casey want him?
  14. Sitting 6-0, having just humiliated the reigning premier and benchmark team of the last 4 years. Up against the most irrelevant of the clubs having a VFL lineage. We simply MUST smash them. Clinical, emotionally detached ruthlessness. No pity, no empathy, no quarter given. We've been on the receiving end from the peak Geelong and Hawthorn teams of the past decade or so, not to mention Essendon and even North themselves. Let's do our bit towards consigning that insipid lurching organisation into the dustbin of history.

Salem - was vital when the pressure was genuinely on Petracca - extraordinarily powerful display by the best player in the game Oliver - creates something from nothing. So good. And just great to see the love between him and Trac, etc. Rivers - loved those efforts at ground level to get a hand on the ball and get it clear. Big part of our defence. Tmac - critical goals Jacko - just got better and better throughout. I had my reservations with his drafting but his upside is stratospheric.
  17. Yeah I think Trac might come out of this game on top of the vaunted Dusty-Trac face off!
  18. Absolutely LOVING our pressure. Such team first play and contribution across the teamsheet. One qtr to go. Keep it up!
  19. Such bollocks. A 50-odd metre kick out of defence with half a dozen teammates in that direction. Umpires trying to manufacture a Richmond comeback.
  20. Frittata!!!
  21. Trac is a stupendous talent. Fantastic effort and smarts. Great start to 2nd half!
  22. Salem 21 disposals half way through 2nd quarter. Skills spun from pure silk.
  23. That bump on Oliver has to come under scrutiny. If Dangerfield copped weeks that surely has to too.
  24. Hoping our fitness can see us going the distance. They really seemed to have a lot at contest after contest that quarter.
  25. Feels a bit like the 200 GF at the moment. Coming up against a tougher, rougher seasoned opponent.
