Why cant the sytem remember your request details and save it to use after you are timed out So clunky it hurts

I was kicked off 3 times had to re-input all the info got kicked off again didn't know if tickets were processed Had to re -input to see that the tickets were processed Surely there are better systems available or they should rewrite the software Its a Joke!

Got my tickets to the Game after once again being timed out halfway through the purchase on two occasions Then timed out again and dint know whether i had tickets or not Had to reapply and then by magic the SMS arrived with my second selection Must have been a lot of people getting tickets as the site was close to frozen a couple of times. God I hate that site!
