Yep there’s no point risking next year. He said the injury is a 6 month One and he’s back playing in 3 months. I know it’s all about flags and premiership medallions but we will be there abouts next year as well so better to have a fit and firing KPF as we are low in stocks and the ones we do have are not in the best health.

The replay quality is definitely lower quality. Seems to me a lower frame rate rather than resolution. Hopefully the next iteration has the full 4K broadcast. However this will take away from the more premium foxtel offering so not holding my breath. This is where paramount or Amazon can potentially change the game.

I’d give you Daicos, but Young, Serong, Anderson are all a dime a dozen. LJ is playing well above the benchmark for his age and position. And that is rarity, which makes him so valuable.

JVR has a lot of raw talent. He reminds me a lot of Jack Riewoldt. He still needs time to develop though. Hopefully he gets a few games next year in the 1s but don’t expect miracles for at least another 1-2 years.

Measure out 6cm it really isn’t that much. If he has a leap and good reach it will neutralise them deficit. Plus he may grow another few cms in the next year or two. Can he crash a pack though ?

So apparently the justification for Hawkins AA Captaincy is that his allocation was a bit more of a recognition for this 5th jacket and that it’s not really about the best captain in the AA team. I don’t buy it and I think it’s about time the AA went under a bit of an overhaul. It should be about trying to field the best 22 against a hypothetical opposition. For that you don’t have 3 KPF, you don’t have inside mids on the wing as a start.
