There were a number of players down on form against Sydney eg. Fritsch, Pickett, Jackson, Petracca, Brayshaw, Gawn. This gives me confidence that we are a well balanced side and we don't rely on the stars to fire for us to win.

We do have a hard draw towards the end of the season, so there will be some drop off. That's why we need to keep banking these early wins.

Can’t believe the improvement in 12 months. I must admit when I first saw him he would fumble, had no endurance and I wasn’t sure about him. How wrong was I. What a player we have. -

I used to be a member for about 10 years but live on the Murray and are no longer. Maybe I should look at an interstate membership.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see Brown in. Goodwin has stated he’s interested to see how a talk forward line goes. With all due respect to North, this might be the week to try it.
