Targets 2023
Good call, I was thinking about him the other day wondering where he's at Goldcoast have a history of trading away players who come good at their second clubs too... Footywire has him OOC @ the end of 2024 though

Yeah they cut it off! Was wanting to see it too, was a bit like in R1 when he sucked in Libba- MBJMcV!

I think the style of player that he is doesn't really suit the slog of VFL- PREGAME: Rd 13 vs Collingwood
I am cautiously optimistic and will tip us Maybe I'm in the minority but thought the game against Carlton was somewhat reminiscent of a 2021 version of us - where we won ugly by strangling the opposition through excellent defence It felt like we got our mojo back a bit. Or maybe Carlton are just really bad?- Welcome to Demonland Kynan Brown

McVee's composure and decision making is perhaps up there with Salem...difference being McVee actually has pace. I'm surprised people aren't more bullish on him, I think he's a high level talent- The List

That's this week's changes out the window then- Harry Himmelberg
Makes sense, would need to clear two of Tommo, BBB, McDonald, Harmes salary you'd suspect Provides a bit of insurance longer term post May too- The List
Speed, class, regardless of position is the biggest need, perhaps has been for the last several years?- AFL Mid-Season Draft 2023
I think you were meant to think this DS, not post it....!- Let's try and pin point the actual issue.
Brown is our best key forward, deficiencies and all Langdon & Hunter were both plucked from other clubs, it's concerning we've not been able to draft or develop our own capable outside runners And yes, definite lack of creativity in the midfield. We've given up on Rivers & Pickett in there already it would seem.- Let's try and pin point the actual issue.
Removal of a 3rd tall defender, practically reducing Lever's output to zero Kozzie Pickett dominates R1 playing higher up the ground, and now is getting no midfield minutes Unwillingness to play BBB after kicking 9 goals in his first three games prior to injury Persistence with highly limited role players Reluctance/unwillingness to draft balanced or outside mids to compliment our current group, issue then magnified by lack of creativity with midfield rotations Trent Rivers attending a total of 0 centre bounce attendances over the past 4 weeks We have too many forwards that aren't actually forwards (ANB, Harmes, Sparrow) Using players like Jordon as sub doesn't make sense, either needs to be in the 22 or not in the side at all Reluctance to play Harmes in the one & only role where he's been a good player - a tagger I'm sure there's a further thousand points I'll get to at some point- POSTGAME: Rd 11 vs Walyalup
