Effort only goes so far. Retaining Jack backs the effort philosophy, in retaining a player who constantly gives their all. Letting him go backs the talent...allows Brayshaw to play a bigger role & getting a highly rated player in through the draft who may have a higher ceiling than Jack. It's an interesting one.

Surely if Jack goes, we then go hard for Williams with the cap room, then take the pick to the draft for the best outside player/small forward available. The old 2 for 1...!
