I don't know too much on Hayes and Weetra but from what i'm hearing is that neaves is a possibility to be promoted off the rookie list. Hughes however is a handy footballer with good skills, next year he will be 22 so you would think that he is taking a while to develop. Since he came back from injury a month ago he has shown a bit for sandy and IMO i think we should give him another year on the rookie list.

He should go . Even though he has been injured prone, i still think he should go. He is not a big ball winner and from all the games i've seen him play (7or8) he hasn't shown anything at all.

there is a difference between a great footballer and a superstar. The players you mentioned are superstars. + Bruce Playing in a team that gets belted every week doesn't help his causes. If he played a team i.e West coast, you would have a totally different on him. Don't be so quick to judge YM as the team has had a horror year.

Are you kidding me. Bruce isn't going anywhere. He played a poor game tonight but he is a gun and there is no way he'll be traded. It is ridiculous that some Melbourne supporters think he'll be gone by the end of the year. Sometimes his kicking might frustrate you but he is a great footballer.

From what i am hearing we are gonna win easily. So far Scotland, Murphy, Carrazzo and Whitnall look to be late withdraws.

Melbourne aren't the only team wanting Rutten so the odds are pritty low. I'd rather get wells.

I can see Bizz, Ward and Brown going but i think we will not get rid of Ferguson. There are many other players who we will want to de-list of before ferguson. Such as: Ward (you mentioned) Brown (you mentioned) Bizz (you mentioned) CJ Neville Godfrey Warnock Jamar Miller I highly doubt that we will de-list more than 7 or 8 players so i think Ferguson will stay another year.

Good point. I think Adelaide are just seeing what he's got before the seasons end, so they can decide whether to de-list him or not

Good post, reading that i really think we will do well next year with so many of our young guns getting better.

Frawley has been a great find for us this year with his fast running and backing himself in pressure situations but he really needs to work on HIS KICKING!!! the 'scribes' had him at 30-40 due to the fact that he had a very ordinary kick but the club thought they could work on his kicking in the off season. His kicking has improved a bit this season and it should continue to improve as he matures into a bigger body. This Kid has a real future ahead of him and i think that it was a good decision to pick him up at 12 in the draft.
